Toronto Raptors over Denver Nuggets: It is probable that Derozan Johnson and Patterson will all be back for Tor. It is also likely Robinson Lawson will both be out for Denver. That leaves Den without a true PG that as you know is the equivalent to a QB in football. For a team like Den searching for an identity to begin with this is a big problem.
Chicago Bulls over San Antonio Spurs: When you play the type of defense and rebound the way Chic does you rarely get blown out of a game. No doubt SA is the better team especially on offense where Chic struggles.
Golden State Warriors over Oklahoma City Thunder: These 2 teams have played twice this year each one winning at home by 1 point. However Westbrook played in both of those games. These is no doubt OKC along with SA are the favorites to come out of the west with GS just under those 2 teams.
Charlotte Bobcats-Portland Trailblazers Under: Charl will be playing the 4th of a 5 game road trip. This will also be their 5th game in 7 days. This game has the makings of a blowout which will for our purposes fine eliminating any late game scramble points.
Phoenix Suns over Golden State Warriors: I have this line at 3.5 so we are getting excellent value. The biggest surprise in the NBA so far besides Port is without a doubt Phx. So little was expected from them and here they are 17-10 S/U and an outstanding 11-2 ATS on the road.
Phoenix Suns over Los Angeles Lakers: Now that Kobe is back the lines have been overcompensated for giving us value on an underrated Phx team. Kobe after his first game admits he is rusty and a work in progress. Not only that but Lal as a team after to re-adjust their game on the fly.
New Orleans Pelicans over Cleveland Cavaliers: The return of Anderson for No has made a huge difference. Clev is horrible at defending the 3 and that is the specialty for Anderson. Miles who replaced Waiters in the starting lineup is out and Zeller is questionable weakening an already very weak offense.
Portland Trail Blazers over Toronto Raptors: Port is deep they have balanced scoring and they have a huge advantage on the boards. Port has now won 5 in a row and are playing with confidence.
New York Knicks – Charlotte Bobcats Over: These 2 teams played each other on Tues in NY with Charlotte winning 102-97. I see a similar flow to this game and a chance for even more points. NY has no answer for Walker and will still not be able to contain him tonight.
Portland Trail Blazers over Houston Rockets: Port has had 2 days off heading into this one. Conversely Houst after getting blown out by the Clippers last night will be playing their 4th game in 5 nights and 5th in 7 nights. Port made some nice additions with Lopez and Williams. Lopez allows Aldridge to move to power forward where he is best suited and has shown that through the first 3 games.
