Villanova Wildcats #837 over Purdue Boilermakers: Line is inflated partially because of 1st game results. Vill struggled in a defensive battle against SMC. Pur put away ODU as expected. Yes Vill is battled tested and experienced led by Paschall and Booth however that will take you only so far. Under the radar leading scorer Edwards for Pur has a sore back he put up points against ODU but he was not efficient. PG Edwards has a sore ankle and was limited in the 2nd half. This will be a grinder defensive battle the s/u winner in doubt until the end with the points offered providing a cushion.
