Cleveland Browns over Philadelphia Eagles: Similar game to last week vs. Houst except the weather is expected to be much better. We absorbed a very tough push felt like a loss when Chubb went out of bounds at the 1 to run out the clock. The offense is ranked 27th overall. It is healthier with the return of Sanders, Jeffrey and now Ertz. However there was no indication against Nyg of positive regression and now they take a step up in class. Clev has played 2 very bad weather games in a row. Look for a very similar game plan this week of pounding with Chubb and Hunt and opening up play action passing. Phil is 26th in rush defense. I made this game 4.0 giving us excellent value.
