BYU is simply the better team. Sd depends on a strong running game to move the ball. BYU is #3 overall against the run and #2 in total defense. SD St has a unique 3-3-5 defense which baffles many teams. However coach Mendenhall is very familiar with this defense and with extra prep time he should have no trouble exploiting the weaknesses.
