Carolina Panthers over Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Both teams have made big changes and not necessarily for the better. McCown will start for TB. Newton is hurting but will start. I see Car taking a step back this year they lost all 4 of their receivers but there defense is still going to be very good. The RB tandem is very good as well.

Do not know where all the love is coming from for TB other than home field public perception is they will be a much improved team I say it is hype for now.
