I suspect you will need at least 5 runs to win this game. Tulowitzki and his key bat out changes the complete dynamics of the Col offense. Outman will get his second start of the year after spending the first part in short relief. He only lasted 3.1 inngs in his first start and even if he is effective tonight being on a pitch count will probably only get him to the 5th inng bringing the Col bullpen firmly into play. Miley got off to a great start this year however his last 2 starts just so-so giving us our value for tonight.
