First to answer my own question. It is NEVER a bad time or too early to talk baseball. Do you realize within a couple of weeks pitchers and catchers report for spring training? In my opinion no other sport has a greater anticipation for opening day than major league baseball. The beginning of spring and the 162 game marathon over the hot summer months that make up the season concluding with the drama of the fall classic.
Personally baseball is my favorite. Both from an enjoyment standpoint and an economic perspective. Historically baseball provides us year in year out with the highest return on investment than any other sport in over 20+ years of results. Of course it helps that there are 4,860 regular season games by far more than any other sport giving us ample opportunities to find value.
It will not be long before we hear the sweet sounds of PLAY BALL!
