Yes ND has played a tougher schedule and after facing GT ND is familiar with this offense. However being familiar with it and stopping it is 2 different things. Regardless Navy has only turned the ball over once this year and what the triple option does is keep the clock moving making this a mountain of points to overcome. I have this game at 10.5 giving us excellent value.
