Better late than never the shortened NBA season begins today. There have been many roster moves with many key players changing uniforms due to economic reasons. There will be occasions where teams will play 3 games in 3 days with the compacted schedule.
Play will be erratic will be ragged with only a 2 game exhibition season. New coaches trying to introduce new systems with many new players will make for a very unique adjustment period.
Our job will be as usual to find value where it is to be found and decided whether the individual team changes and situations are accurately reflected in the line. Remember the line maker is going to have the same challenge setting lines as we have on our side. Compound that with the public’s market perception and we have potentially increased volatility especially in the early part of this unique NBA season.
