Edmonton Oilers over Montreal Canadiens 1st 60 minutes ONLY: Edm is healthier than they have been all year. They have scored 12 goals in their past 2 games. Mtl is really struggling on the offensive side and when you do not have Price in net that spells trouble.

Dallas Stars over Colorado Avalanche 1st 60 minutes ONLY: We will take the better team laying a small price on the road going up against Col back-up goaltender. Dall is off a rough Jan but they are healthy again and off to a good start post all-star break.

Anaheim Ducks over Boston Bruins 1st 60 minutes ONLY: Both teams will play their last game before the break. Bost played a hard fought game in Philly last night and this will be their 4th game in 6 nights.

Los Angeles Kings over Minnesota Wild: Talk about a team that cannot score. Minn has lost 5 in a row they are 2-9 in their last 10. In their 5 losses they scored a total of 4 goals incl last night in Ana. Minn is 2-4-3 on zero days rest.

Chicago Blackhawks over Nashville Predators 1st 60 minutes ONLY: The money train called Chic we will hop back on at this reasonable price on the road. Chic has won 11 in a row. Yes they will lose again but we are not in the business of predicting when. We are in the business of betting value.

Philadelphia Flyers over Boston Bruins 1st 60 minutes ONLY: The markets have not picked up on how well Phil is playing so at home we get a favorable line to play on them. After a horrible start Phil is back in the playoff mix.

Chicago Blackhawks over Nashville Predators 1st 60 minutes ONLY: Despite the juice for this one we still get excellent value. I have this game at 1.83. The gap between these 2 teams + home ice is much greater than the posted line.

Los Angeles Kings over Saint Louis Blues: This is a very difficult spot for Stl who are not playing well anyway. Stl has played 3 consecutive OT games this will also be their 4th game in 6 nights. Stl has lost 5 in a row and Stastny, Bouwmeester and Allen are all questionable tonight. If they were to fall behind it is tough to see where they will find the energy to battle back.

Washington Capitals over New York Islanders 1st 60minutes ONLY: Despite being on the road we still get excellent value at this price. I have this game at 1.25. Wash right now is at the top of the heap statistically speaking and Holtby is playing excellent.
