Det had a 3-1 lead heading into the 3rd and went on to lose 5-3 running out of gas. Tough to see them competing against a now confident rested NYI team at home.
Toronto Maple Leafs-Edmonton Oilers Over: Expecting a wide open affair as was played when these two met in Tor. Score was misleading Tor winning in OT 3-2. Tor had 31 shots in net Edm 46. We get that quantity of shots again tonight we win. 2 Young teams 2 good skating teams on fast ice end to end hockey anticipating a high scoring game. Tor has the #1 road PP.
Winnipeg Jets over Philadelphia Flyers 1st 60 minutes ONLY: We have a hot 4-1 Winn team starting a road trip against a 1-4 last 5 Phil team and we get a good dog price in return. Add to this that we get an adv in net and the value is outstanding. Both teams play a loose fast offensive brand of hockey. However Winn has the goaltending to more often than not make up for it while Phil does not. Winn just finished beating La and Chic at home and despite now having to take to the road they take a step down in class.

Will not hesitate to come back on them at this price against a team at this moment more reputation than reality. Nash is on game 4 of 5 game road trip. Nash is 1-6 in their last 7. They have yet to win a game on the road. Both teams early on have played tough schedules. Col in the altitude is a tough place to play at the best of times triple that when you are struggling on an extended road trip.
