Houston Texans over Indianapolis Colts: Battle for 1st place on the line with two 6-7 teams. It is also likely going to be a battle of two back-up QB’s. Yates for Houst is not much off a drop off from Hoyer.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers over Saint Louis Rams: This line is simply an overreaction to last week’s results and the past reputation of TB. I have this game at pick giving us excellent value. Tb is headed in the right direction finally. Winston is learning on the job improving each week and Martin at RB is a stud. TB was set up nicely for a decent shot at the playoffs and in typical fashion laid an egg losing to NO at home. Stl had lost 5 in a row and beat Det at home last week.

Buffalo Bills over Philadelphia Eagles: Buff bounced back and beat a hot Houst team at home keeping their playoff hopes alive. Meanwhile Phil was beating NE although I use that term loosely. More like for a rare time an injury ravaged NE team beat themselves. They still outgained Phil 248-427.

Minnesota Vikings over Arizona Cardinals: I am not here to make a case against Ariz. They are playing very well on both sides of the ball. Ariz has won in a row. Ariz on the road blew out Stl in their last game. Up until 2 weeks ago this line would be more like 6. However Minn has stumbled and was slaughtered at home last week by a rejuvenated Sea team. Now Minn must travel on a short week.

Washington Redskins over Dallas Cowboys: America’s team and the past reputation of Wash has this line lower than it should be. I have the line at 4.5 giving us excellent value. Cassel back at QB for Dall as Romo basically out for the year. Dall has not won a game this year without Romo starting. With Romo gone any faint hopes for a Dall playoff is gone.

Minnesota Vikings over Seattle Seahawks: The markets think Sea is back I have not so sure. I have this game at 2.5 Minn so we get excellent value. Sea is 4-1 in their last 5. This will be their forst road game in a month. Last week yes much to our chagrin they covered against Pitts. However a closer look they were outgained by 102 they won the turnover battle 4-0 so this current run is not as impressive as it seems. Look for both teams to try and establish the run the QB that makes the fewest mistakes will win this game.

Miami Dolphins over Baltimore Ravens: Mia sucks and Tannehill is mediocre at best. Now that we have that out of the way let’s bet Mia. Balt won on a bizarre play Mon night in Clev. Blocked FG with no time left on the clock to end the game. Ask yourself what would this line be if they lost to a very bad Clev team Mon night. So now Balt played a road game Mon night and now they travel to Mia for another road game.

Pittsburgh Steelers over Seattle Seahawks: Sea has not beaten a winning team all year. Now they have to cover a spread against a Pitts team off a bye. Pitts YTD numbers are misleading because Ben has missed time. When he has started they avg 33 points a game.

Minnesota Vikings over Atlanta Falcons: Talk about a fraud take a picture of Atl. Started the season 5-0 and now last 5 are 1-4. Not exactly the cream of the crop either they played the easiest schedule in the NFL. Today they will be without their RB Freeman and dependable kicker Freeman.
